It's harder than it looks.
You really need to be in shape to hold it and also to stand on it.
I tried once in Turkey.
After an hour of that I gave up... and I was 20 years younger lol.
Can you imagine me now?
It's still one of my favorites.
Why? Because it is a completely liberating experience. I should try again. Sometimes.
Who knows, I might be better than in the old days.
