Of all the coffee that I tasted,
Turkish coffee is my favorite.
Needless to say that I’m a connoisseur.
It’s not about the blend, roast or aroma. It’s about the making.
The red pot with hot water as it’s removed from the stove, that received enough ground coffee to put me on the orbit.
Either it’s black (recommended) or slightly sweetened, or even with a drop of cream, this thing makes my day.
On a personal note, I like things made from scratch.
