Plum dumplings




The one that used to sweeten my childhood in a symphony of tastes.


And senses.

My mom used to make them.

A combination of a flour and potato coating covering a sweet fresh plum and at the end, rolled in sweet, sugary breadcrumb.

We couldn't stop eating.

And that was only one of many.

Sometimes I remember and try these recipes.

I never tried this one.
