Aside from the fact that I find it really tasty, it’s very easy to make.
I don’t need many ingredients and if I want, I can add some herbs, veggies… just for fun.
And “bam” I have myself a perfect meal that can last me for hours.
And speaking about “fun”, it made me laugh when I found out that many stay away from it. Just because others say so.
For me, it’s my favorite.
