Flour, salt, feta cheese (pure natural cheese), eggs and sugar. Only eggs, cheese and sugar go on top and not mixed.
The mixing is made by heat while baking. Caramelized sugar crust, and soft sweet cheesy taste underneath.
I think I just described the 7th heaven of pastry and taste.
