Cheese Pie

For someone who likes food I don’t write too much about it.

But there are some, being my favorite, make my day better.

Like cheese pie.

Not the type in a round form with a very sweet middle.

But the pastry type. Not very sweet, but fully tasting the cheese.

I will make one these days.
