Banana bread

First time making.

I read the recipe this morning before going to work.

I also learned that it is a recipe “invented” by housewives during the Great Depression. As they didn’t want to toss bad bananas.

Funny enough, when you try to reuse in the kitchen, you need other ingredients. And the one that you weren’t supposed to lose (out of economical reasons) is less than 10% worth of everything.

But if this means creating new things, I’m in.

And by the way, my first try was a great success. Yummy!
