The jam is a dream, the fruit is a delight…
I grew up with those.
We used to eat them along with the core seeds.
Sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter, balanced by the nectar of the fruit.
An explosive combination of tastes that I still remember.
And, … for those too scared to eat the seeds,
Still alive and thriving.
